OCS helps out at Council Bluffs Fly-in Breakfast

Council Bluffs Fly-in breakfast

On June 6th, 2015, the Omaha Composite Squadron Cadets attended the Council Bluffs Fly-in breakfast to assist in marshaling aircraft.  A pancake breakfast was provided free of charge in appreciation for their help.  “The Pancake Man” randomly selected from those in attendance to step back and attempt to catch their breakfast during one of his famous pancake tosses.  Various aircraft and military vehicles were on display.

Several local news stations were present to cover the event which also coincided with the anniversary of D-Day.  One of our very own cadets was interviewed about the squadron’s participation at the Fly-in and how it benefits the cadets in their training.
